Mary Culliton

Founder and President

Mary Culliton has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A pharmacist by training, Mary spent several years at Pfizer working in the global regulatory affairs area.

Mary leads with vision, inspiration and integrity, managing with agility and an ability to identify and respond effectively and efficiently to opportunities and challenges. Mary believes that Kateric succeeds through the talent of the people within the organization and the partnerships developed with clients.


Janice Worley

Senior Director, Medical Writing and Clinical Trials Disclosure

Janice Worley has 17 years of pharmaceutical industry experience embedded in the regulatory/medical writing and disclosures space. Janice has been instrumental in developing a systematic, documented approach to producing high-quality regulatory and disclosures documents.

An experienced medical writer, she has written, edited, and reviewed hundreds of regulatory documents, including clinical trials disclosure postings, trained and mentored over 30 authors, and established a solid infrastructure on which regulatory documentation needs are fulfilled with demonstrated success. As a client manager, Janice’s strengths lie in identifying and aligning client needs with Kateric resources and capabilities and smoothly incorporating the Kateric team into our client’s teams.


Sophia Flowers

Business Operations Manager

Prior to joining Kateric, Sophia Flowers spent several years in big pharma working in clinical research administration, and also performed quality control reviews. She has spent the last 10 years managing the operations and business side of Kateric. Sophia plays an integral role in liaising with Kateric clients on training requirements, IT topics, scheduling, contracts, and invoicing.
